It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geneva Amato (Rockford, Michigan), born in Belmont, Michigan, who passed away on November 20, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lauer and Clara Lauer (Schmalzried); her son Richard Thomas Lantz; and her sisters, Mable June Watson and Donna Bell Mills.
She is survived by: her son James Lantz (Dawnette); her grandchildren, Brandon Lantz (Allie), Robert Lantz (Chelsea) and Katheryn Steffens (Craig); her great grandchildren, Sadie, Sam and Olivia Lantz; her spouse Steve J. Amato; and her children, Patricia Drenten (Larry), Benjamin Amato (Julie), Elizabeth Huls (Donald), Joann Riemersma (Lawrence) and Ronald Amato. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
