She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin William and Flora Meitz (Lundborg); her husband Larry Schantz; and her siblings, Helen Lou, Jo Ann Jane Meitz and Erwin W. Meitz, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Wells, Martin Meitz (Ulrike) and Gail Langhorst (Richard); and her caregiver Russell Havens. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
