It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Elgin Van Zant of Rockford, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Kay Van Zant (Patterson) and Earl Samuel Van Zant; and his brother Benjamin Van Zant. He is survived by: his wife Jodi; his children, Ashley Zane, Samantha Daniel, Jacob Van Zant and Madelynn Van Zant; his son-in-law John; his siblings, Kati Van Zant Stiles and Christopher Van Zant; and his sister-in-law Marci Peterson.
