He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Orr; and his grandparents, Frank, Louise Derby, Lawrence and Gladys Orr.
He is survived by: his father George Derby; his wife Jennifer; his children, Joshua and Megan Derby; his stepmother Brenda Derby; his siblings, Kay and Dennis Derby; and his nieces, Caitlin Derby, Haley Ladner, Lauren Ladner and Via Nolan. He is also survived by his grandparents and cousins, hunting with neighbors and friends.
The family requests everyone wear masks at all events.
