She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Aurora. She is survived by: her son Christopher Kubiak (Jessica); her grandchildren, Josiah, Caleb, Evan, Zoe and Tirzah; her siblings, Ivette, Madalena, Raymond, David and Jimmy; and her stepbrothers, Jerry and Jason. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.
