With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dalton Wesley DeLeon (Rockford, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on April 9, 2020 at the age of 17. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Wesley Lewis; and his grandfather Joseph VerDuin. He is survived by: his parents, Trisha VerDuin and Steven DeLeon; his siblings, Dustin Roelofs, Logan DeLeon, Romeo DeLeon and Melissa Kozal; and his grandmothers, Pauline VerDuin and Alice DeLeon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins and many, many friends.
