She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Simmons and Mary Simmons; and her son Gregory J. Clouse. She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Clouse; her children, Tom Clouse (Kelly) and Laura Scholten (Dan); and her grandchildren, Paige, Adam, Justin, Tyler, Liam and Maya. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and family members.
