He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Nathaniel Mabie (Erica Erlewine), Lindsey Dabrowski (Wojtek) and Stephanie Mabie; his grandchildren, Ella, Lily, Jakob and Owen; his parents, Donald Mabie and June Mabie; his brothers, Kurt Mabie (Sue) and Tim Mabie (Chris); his parents-in-law, Freda Olsen and Robert Olsen (Dorthy Brydges); his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Larson (John) and Brenda Swendrowski (David); and his pet Susie.
Those wishing to offer expressions of sympathy are encouraged to make a memorial contribution to First Congregational Church of Rockford or Mayo Clinic Alzheimer's Disease Research.
