He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Babcock (Lagg); his children, Becky, Scott Spencer of Rockford, Beth, Tom Markowski of Onekama, Amy, Bruce Van Wyk of Grand Rapids, Tim, Thresa Babcock of Paw Paw and Alysia Babcock of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Ben Van Wyk, Mary Spencer, Christopher Spencer, Kortney Babcock, Karley Babcock and Kelsey Babcock; his great grandchildren, Finn Clayton Spencer and Riley Ann Spencer; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Babcock, Marge Babcock and Judy Babcock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
