He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Casavettes; his sons, Collin James Casavettes and Camran Michael Casavettes (Kendra Joy); and his siblings, Kelly Lynn Ann Casavettes, Kim Kruer (Casavettes) and Cane Casavettes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
