It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Erwin Stevens (Rockford, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles and Florence Muller; his parents, Erwin Stevens and Loveda Alberta; and his siblings, Joyce Meldrum, Delores Beckwith, Ronald Stevens and Jack Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stevens; his sons, Jerry Stevens, Jamie Stevens and Tom Stevens (Kathy); his grandsons, Greg Stevens, Bill Stevens and Scott Stevens; and his siblings-in-law, Carole and Jack Larink. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Rockford United Methodist Building Fund.
