It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Lucille Sherd (Rockford, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold and Margaret Rose Sr.; her siblings, Ronald Rose, Harold Rose Jr., Leona Wheeler (Jack), Laurel Stevens Sr. (Joseph) and Shirley Dines Sr. (Richard); and her sons, David Lesley Sr. and Merritt Sherd.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Lesley Sr. (Cristie) of Cedar Springs, MI, Linda Lesley (Mike Scott) of Six Lakes, MI and Faye Mercer (Chris) of Rockford, MI; her siblings, Donald Rose, Sr. (JoAnn) of Cedar Springs, MI and Barbara Beemer (Jake) of Sand Lake, MI; and her daughters-in-law, Patty Lesley of Manton, MI and Devin Sherd of Burleson, TX. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
