He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Galdis and Anna Galdis (Solvan); his wife Gertrude Antecki Galdis; his siblings, John Hartman, Vincent Galdis, Stanley Galdys, Tony Galdis, Frank Galdis and Ceil Isabelle; and his half-sister Pauline.
He is survived by: his son Charles Patrick Galdis (Gloria) of Comstock Park; his grandchildren, Vincent Galdis, Brian Galdis (Lisa) and LeeAnn Foster (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Madison Galdis, Vivian Galdis, Logan Galdis and Layne Galdis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
