She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth, Allison, Jonathan (Jillian) and Ryan; her grandchildren, Jackson, Mallory and Oliver; and her siblings, Marie (Steve), David (Maricela), Paul (Elizabeth), Sandra and Gary (Kim). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Catholic Charities West Michigan - God's Kitchen, 303 Division Ave S, Grand Rapids, MI 49503, in honor of Carol's lifelong commitment to helping those in need.
