Calvin Eric Fernlund Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2023, at the age of 93, Calvin Eric Fernlund of Rockford, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy K. Fernlund; his sister Marilyn Tanquist; his siblings-in-law, Constance Floor, Lorna Johnson, Ethel Fernlund, Sylvia Gottfred and Maynard Swanson; his great grandchildren, Milo Kistler, Theodore Kistler and Griffin Kistler; and his parents, Eric Fernlund and Lillian Fernlund (Calvin).

He is survived by: his brother Jay Fernlund; his daughters, Kathleen Cotten (Leland) and Barbara Plank; his grandchildren, Benjamin Fernlund (Ashley), Brandon Fernlund, Lindsay Kistler (Peter), Erik Cotten (Kyla) and Max Plank; his great grandchildren, Calvin B. Fernlund, Rhys Fernlund, Brooklyn Cotten and Madelyn Cotten; and his brother-in-law Robert Tanquist. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
