She was predeceased by: her parents, Nestor Ebright and Edith Ebright; her husband Roy W. Hooker; and her siblings, Kitty Walters, Esther Dunkelberger and William Ebright.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Hooker (Christa), Susan Hooker, Nancee Roberts (Ken) and Colleen Clonan; her grandchildren, Josiah Ingham (Courtney), Isaac Ingham (Candace), Ashley Lampen (Matt), Briana "Fin" Clonan and Collin "Charli" Clonan; her great grandchildren, Addilyn Ingham and Grayson Lampen; and her sister Joann Landis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
