She is survived by: her children, Tammie Boughton, Kandra Greene (Frank) and Jerry Koetje, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jessica Jorgenson, Jennifer Kurti, Sara Olmstead, Lindsay Link, Daniel Olmstead, Scott Olmstead and Nicholas Boughton; her siblings, Cornelius "Neal" Burmania (Sheri), Paul Burmania (Donna), Janice Dykstra-Salisbury and Marie Strong; and her sisters-in-law, Julie Burmania and Marcia Koetje-Groendyke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
