He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reyers and Evelyn Reyers; and his significant other Glenna L. Reyers. He is survived by: his children, Mark Reyers (Janelle) and Lauri-Ann Reyers (Richard Fogler); his grandchildren, Brooke Reyers and Therese Reyers; his brothers, Harlen Reyers (Sharon), Lew Reyers (Sue) and Dan Reyers; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
