It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alana Serek (Rockford, Michigan), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Pat Prestia and Velma Durell Allen; and her stepgrandmother Shirley Wilson. She is survived by: her parents, Edward J Prestia Sr and Jacqualyn R. Prestia; her husband Benjamin Serek; her grandfather Otha Allen; her aunt Linda Prestia; her uncle Jay Prestia; her children, Hannah, Gabriel and Laura Jean; the father of her children Ben Serek; her siblings, Sonny Prestia Jr. (Barb), Cherri and Damon (Terra); and her stepsiblings, Richard Chase, Aleisa Chase and Sommer Delacruz (Mike). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
