He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimir Bartczak and Bertha Bartczak (Deladio); and his sister Gwen Bayerl. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Todd Bartczak (Tammy), Terry Bartczak and Jill Strahl (Pat); his sister Pat Presti; and his grandchildren, Jon Bartczak, Bobby Bartczak, Tony Bartczak, Taylor Bartczak, Tanner Taylor, TJ Bartczak, Tara Strahl, Dominique Depas and Desmond DePas. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
