He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Daniel Moore. He is survived by: his mother Janet Moore; his siblings, Robert Moore (Nancy), Trisha Carter (Dennis), Kathy Moore-Liddie and Dan Moore (JulieAnn); and his nieces and nephews, Christine Liddie, Brandi Telles (Chris), Melissa McGraw (Kyle), Robin Hassen (Emmett), Joseph Liddie, Matt Carter (Shianne), Tom Carter (Amanda), Ben Carter and Tony Moore (Carla).
Memorial contributions may be made in Ted's honor to Ascension Rochester Hospital, Diabetes Center, or The Michigan Humane Society.
