He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert High and Marjory High (Dean). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughter Kimberly (Strohm); his granddaughter Britney Ann; his son Peter (Darke); his grandson Henry Scott; his brother Steven High; his niece Sally of Takoma, WA.; his pet Sydney; and his son Eric.
His greatest sadness was that he could not see Eric, Kim and Britney because of COVID restrictions and travel restrictions.
