He was predeceased by: his brother Lonny. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Lynn Bauer; his sons, Ryan and Dennis (Laurie); his grandsons, Jack and Jude; and his siblings, Jack Jr. (Donna), Eric and Debra. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At the family's request, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
