He is survived by: his spouse Donna (Burnham); his children, Annemarie Murray (Jason), Michael (Kassie), Diana, David (Katie) and Anthony; his grandchildren, Mari, Rachael and Dominic; his parents, Alphonse and Constance; his sibling Deborah Heath; and his sibling-in-law David Burnham (Cathy).
