She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Perkins Sr. and Bessie Sneed Perkins; her siblings, Bessie Perkins Leary, Carrie Perkins Palmer, Edith Perkins Davis, Ruby Sullins and Norman Perkins, Jr.; her daughter Janet Taylor (John); her grandchildren, Jordan Elizabeth Taylor and John Norman Taylor; her godson Steve Sullins; her siblings, Lillian Perkins Butler, Claude Perkins, Lena Perkins Johnson, Montezuma of Georgia, Richard Perkins, Ernest Perkins (Sharon) and Joseph Perkins; her nieces, Meredith and Jackie Palmer; and her nephew Bruce Palmer.
