He is survived by: his wife Frances Phillips; his daughters, Kathy Phillips, Sandra Phillips and Joyce Phillips; his grandson Tyler Derikx; and his brothers, Pete Phillips (Augusta), Phil Phillips (Linda) and Nick Phillips (Laurie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
