He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Gillespie; his children, Tom (Sandy) and Debbie Myrold (Kevin); his grandchildren, Nicole Hurst, Brad Murphree, Adam and Erica Myrold; and his great grandchildren, Samantha and Lucy Hurst.
