He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Jacobs (Reilly); and his siblings, Albert, David, Betty Ellen and Joseph.
He is survived by: his children, Tricia Fernlock (Doug), Laurel Jacobs (Kim), Tina Jacobs (Mark) and Chris Jacobs (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Monica Julien (Tony), Erica Fernlock (Ryan), Carl Beamish (Amanda), Greg Beamish, Austin Jacobs, Hannah Shay (Andrew) and Marisa Jacobs.
