He is survived by: his children, Karen Michalik (late Craig) and Scott Worthington; his grandchildren, Mark Michalik (Dayna), Katie Winters-Benson (Mike), Thomas Michalik (Maggie), Kristen Hannon (Matt), Christopher Michalik and Casey Worthington; his great grandchildren, Chase, Tyler, Carson, Bryce, Casey, Nathan, Jamie and Levi; and his sister Ann Flack.
