He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Jason Kiesgen (Kristen), Kate Mayes (Christopher) and Jesse Cross; his grandchildren, Preston, Eloise, Jaylee, Grayson, Jaxon and Gerilynn; his siblings, Barbara Hayes, Linda Havey and Michael Puckett; his siblings-in-law, Sandi Lange, Judi Boakes (Keith) and Joe Lile; his sister Nancy Stowe; and his grandson Sawyer Mayes.
