Eugene Janik Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2024, at the age of 86, Eugene Janik of Macomb Township, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Eugene is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Eugene's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Mark Janik (Lisa) of North Carolina, Pam Gregory (Russell) of Bloomfield Hills, Diane Lamontagne and Cyndie Janik (Craig Hawkins) of Onaway, Michigan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Isidore Catholic Church (18201 23 Mile Rd, Macomb, MI 48042).
