She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Box and Bonnie Box (Morgan); her siblings, Jerry Box, Frank Box and Bonita Etcher (Box); and her nephew Matthew Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Cornett; her children, Jeremiah Box and Melanie Zubrin (Corie Grelle); her stepsons, Nathan Cornett (Emily) and Aaron Cornett (Lindsey); her grandchildren, Kaylee Box, Devin Box, Jordan Box, Evan Grelle, Hayden Mathias and Isabella Groff; her stepgrandson Colin Cornett; her siblings, Dale Box (Tonya), Barbara Turman (Arthur), Bonnie Hamilton, Christine Taylor (Steve), Martha Flores (Armando) and Lisa Box (Chuck Cull); and her brother-in-law David Etcher. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the tribute fund to help with funeral expenses.
