He is survived by: his wife Donna Beerer; his sister Joyce Kardos; his children, Cindy Boylan (Wayne), David Beerer Jr. (Carrie) and Stacey Kraus (Doug); his grandchildren, Ashley Babisch (Chris), Christopher Boylan, Tyler Beerer, Trevor Beerer (Chloe), Kyle Kraus, Allison Boylan, Brendan Beerer, Megan Kraus, Lauren Boylan, Elizabeth Beerer and Brett Beerer (Frankie); and his great grandchild Jackson Babisch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
