He was predeceased by: his stepsister Linda Stickley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Jessica and Katie; his parents, David, Sr. (Karen) and Edith; his brother Dan; his stepsiblings, Sandra Sowell, Tony Hicks and Jason Dillon; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Paruk, Steve Paruk (Maryanna), Paul Paruk (Donna), Mary Rynbrand (Scott) and Jim Paruk (Stefania). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic a private visitation will take place at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc. (Shelby Township) 54880 VanDyke at 25 Mile.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the children's education fund c/o Carolyn Mehall or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation are greatly appreciated.
