He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Holderness and Rosanne Holderness (Leonard); his sister Maureen; his brother-in-law Larry; and his grandson Adam.
He is survived by: his wife Carole (Desarmeaux); his children, Stephanie, Peter (Julie) and Michelle (Dave); and his grandchildren, Josh (Lauren), Kyle (Stephanie), Matt (Holly), Jamie and Kurt. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
