She is survived by: her husband Matthew Costello; her children, Brittany Costello, Matthew Costello (Abigail), Peter Costello and Joseph Costello (Jenna); her grandchild Milly Ann Costello; and her siblings, Robert Richards, Linda Richards, Peter Richards (Melissa), Mary Neal (Jim) and Cathy Jones (Rick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
