She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Subach, and Helen Rose Gaber Subach, Sr.; and her brother Albert Subach, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Jakubowski, Joseph Jakubowski and Kenneth Jakubowski; and her grandchildren, David Albert Jakubowski, Crystal Jakubowski, Nicole Erin Jakubowski, Shianne Jorose Jakubowski and Kennth Jaxon Jakubowski.
