He is survived by: his wife Susan Halbach; his daughter Amanda Nipirakis (Alexandros); his former wife Kathleen Sloan; his children, Kristin Cieslak (David), Andrea Halbach and Paul Halbach (Dayna); his grandchildren, Ashley Ursini (Joe), Joshua Cieslak (Airica), Jessica Cieslak, Izzabella Halbach, Kelsea Tucker (Halston) and Jacob Halbach; and his siblings, Greg Halbach (Cindy), Beth Halbach and Sandy Leonard (Dean). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
