She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Schroeder and Gladys Schroeder (Ottum); her former husband William Younk; and her siblings, Peggy-Jo Schroeder, Maxine Garnett and David Schroeder.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Garnett; her daughters, Peggy Bowman and Sarah Malone; and her stepchildren, Richard Garnett, Patti Nicley and Barbara Niemiec. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pixley Funeral Home (322 W University Dr, Rochester, MI 48307). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
