She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Ziomek and Anna Ziomek; her husband Edward Wojnar; and her sisters, Irene Mazurek and Ann Marie Grabowski.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Wojnar, Terry Redman and Ken Wojnar (Jenny); and her great grandchild Ellen Wojnar. She is also survived by grandchildren.
In honor of Bernie's love for animals and gentle spirit, memorial donations may be made to the Michigan Humane Society in her name.
