With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tyler James Foster of Rives Junction, Michigan, who passed away on November 10, 2022 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Nicole Dias. He is survived by: his father Jason Foster; his brother Brennan Foster; his grandparents, Rick, Stephanie Dias, Patricia McCloe, William McCloe Jr. and Valerie Mitchell; his great-grandparents, Don and Naomi Foster; his aunts and uncles, Jennifer Foster, Jordan and Lucas McCloe; and his cousins, Bradyn, Julian, Naomi, Gwen Terry, Ryder and Waylon McCloe.

In lieu of flowers, the family is collecting donations towards the Northwest Jackson Soccer program to honor Ty's love of soccer.

“I didn't know Tyler very well, but I knew he was a good friend of one of my older brothers good friend. I hadn't even really had a actual conversation with him. But when I was walking to the high school to get taken home by my brother, he said hi to me. Not only that but he said my name with it. I couldn't remember who it was so I said hi back. about four days later my mom told me about his pass. Then I remembered it was him who said hi. Someone he barely knew he would say hi to. Goodbye Tyler.”
