He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Chambers and Annie Chambers; his brother David Chambers; and his great-nephew Brandon Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Chambers; his children, Kelly Chambers (Laura), Amy Chambers and Joseph Chambers; his grandchildren, Alexis Chambers, Jordyn Chambers and Kasey Chambers; his great grandchildren, Sophia Miller and Amyra Wiltrout; his brother Kenneth Chambers; his sister-in-law Susan Chambers; and his nephew Trevor Chambers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
