He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Surbrook and Hazel Surbrook. He is survived by: his wife Dee Surbrook; his children, Steve Surbrook and Julie Duffey (Ron Williams); his son-in-law Steve Duffey; his grandchildren, Becky Surbrook, Tucker Surbrook (Debbie), Parker Surbrook (Carly), Sidnee Secord (Jason), John Duffey, Zachary Surbrook (Jaci Ion) and Jordon Neuland (Josh); his great grandchildren, Raegan, Morgan, Truman, Emma, Briggs, Ruthie, Willow, Aspen, Hadley, Molly, Briar, Hudson and Rowan; and his brothers, Gerald Surbrook (Barbara) and Truman Surbrook (Mary).
