He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Surbrook and Hazel Surbrook; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Surbrook (Turner); his children, Rick Surbrook (Lisa) and Cheri Maitland (Jim); his grandchildren, Jim Surbrook (Cassi), Abby Deraedt (Bryon), Kate O'Connor, Hazel Yinger (Tyler), Faryn Steel, Jameson Maitland and Gerald Maitland; his great grandchildren, Addison, Anna, Colten, Allie, Kazen, Azalea and Farrah; his brother Truman Surbrook (Mary); his sister-in-law Dee Surbrook; his cousins, Sue and Bob Rhein; and his caregiver David Pickett. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
