He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Moses and Bernadine Moses (Thurston). He is survived by: his children, Amy Van Horn (Chuck), Kevin Moses (Gail) and Jason Moses (Portia Flynn); and his sister Garnet Hecksel (Lynn). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; multiple great-grandchildren.
