He was predeceased by: his mother Leteshia; and his wife Kathi (Arnett). He is survived by: his son Chad; his grandson Ryker; his father Murl; and his siblings, Doug, Terry, Brian and Janice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
