He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Neely and Ella Neely (Estes); and his siblings, Frances and Eldon Dale. He is survived by: his wife Delores Johannes; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Johannes (Patty), Linda Gooding and Evelyn Wertz.
