She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt Wellman and Leda Wellman (Washburn); her siblings, Chuck Wellman and Jean Antcliff; and her brothers-in-law, Dale Johnston, Lowell Beach and Ken Gould.
She is survived by: her children, Karemae Goforth of Hollister, Missouri, Andy Goforth of Riverdale and Steven Goforth (Shelly) of Remus; her grandchildren, Tara Petersen (Kevin) of Carthage, Missouri, Jacob Ordiway of Vestaburg and Andrew Michael Goforth of Chandler, Arizona; her great grandchild Oliver Petersen of Carthage, Missouri; her sisters, Nancy Dunivon (George) of Mason, Mary Ann Gould of Flint, Bobbi Johnston of Edmore, Lola Beach of Stanton, Janice Payne (Steven) of Rialto, California and Paula Collins (Doug) of Mohave Valley, Arizona; and her close friends, Gayla Perkins, Sharon Frost, DeeDee Conley, Dave and Shaina McCormick.
