She was predeceased by: her father David "Skip" Middleton; her grandparents, Seaton and Anna Dove; her aunt Margie Gottschalk; and her uncle Bill Dove.
She is survived by: her mother Betty Yankey (Dove); her close friend Steven Attanasio; her granddaughter Alexis Attanasio; her siblings, Rod Middleton, David Middleton and Julie Hartley; and her pets, Daisy Mae and Chloe Jane.
