She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolf Poehlsen; her parents, Wilhelm Schultze and Hildegard Schultze (Kapesser); and her sister Heidi Krohz (Uwe). She is survived by: her children, Caroline Wells (Floyd) and Daniel Poehlsen (Jill); her grandchildren, Debbie Cole (Josh), Amanda Catalasan (Ric), Kayla Olsen (Jimmy), Raymond Stange, Katie Moore (Tom), Jim Stange, Ben Stange (Jessica), Luke Stange (Chandra) and Erik Poehlsen (Emily); her stepgrandchildren, Megan Lape and Tyler Frisbie; her brothers, Henner Schultze (Christa Ahrens) and Fritz Schultze (Waltraud); and her sister-in-law Gudrun Gundlach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
